If the sum of first p terms of an AP is equal to the sum of first q terms,then show that the sum of its first (p + q) terms is zero.(p not equal to q)
An Arithmetic progression is a sequence where difference between two consecutive term is constant.
Tn= a+ (n-1)d
By this formula we can find out nth term of an A.P.
Sn = n÷2[2a + (n-1)d]
By this formula we can find out sum of n term of an A.P.
