Hey, love the tutorials man they are really helpful, quick question, should I upscale individual clips, or upscale the edit prior to any effects being added?

Is it best to bring my clips into premeire, edit my sequence, color correct my sequence, THEN export those clips at 4k, bring into topaz, upscale quality to 8k, THEN bring the enhanced clips into Premiere again, and finish the edit with effects, adjustments etc?
