Banana bread recipe:
3/4 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp lemon juice
3 bananas, mashed
3 eggs
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Cream together butter and sugar. Combine vanilla extract with lemon juice and bananas, then add to butter and sugar mixture. Add eggs, then add baking powder and flour. Last mix in the chocolate chips. Bake in a loaf pan for 1 hour or till toothpick comes out clean.
