No Soy De Aquí ni Soy de Allá - Facundo Cabral | Ofer & Ugnė

No soy de aquí, ni soy de allá (I am not from here, nor am I from there), the famous song by Facundo Cabral, songwriter of Argentinian origin. The story goes that he improvised the song during one of his concerts. Another famous version is by Jorge Carfune. Our version pays tribute to these great artists of Argentine folklore. Since it was improvised in its premiere, we wanted to give it the same character, without planning much for our version, but instead, flowing with the moment and see where the words and melody take us. Argentinian music is full of wonderful musicians, such as Mercedes Sosa, and many more, whom I love to pay tribute to with the Spanish guitar, flamenco guitar, and voice. Other beautiful versions of the song, are by Chavela Vargas, Alberto Cortez, and more.
