Brilliant, thanks! I've seen this combination attempt before but it was way more complicated. Using the Outline view is genius.

Such a clever hack Dr. Loved it

I am facing similar situation, but I have few excel workbooks to with multiple sheets in it. Now I want to compile multiple word and excel files into single document. In addition to that not all sheets from the same workbook should be pasted simultaneously, all sheets has it's distinct place. Is there any solution to it. I'm dying to figure this out. Would be eternally grateful if you enlighten me.
