DP Parliamentary Caucus wants IGG to probe missing party funds

The DP parliamentary caucus wants the Inspector General of Government to investigate the alleged misuse of funds remitted to DP by the electoral commission under the political parties organization Act. MPs, led by their Chief whip Joseph Ssewungu, claim the party receives a quarterly release of 370 billion shillings, whose accountability is not known.
