i graduated high school so it's been quite a while since i was in middle school, but here are my tips based on my experiences.
1. if you're alone or bullied, remember that the years will fly by before you know it. it'll be hard in the meantime, but when you're older you'll realize that those kids who mistreated you just wanted to look cool.
2. keep your head up and try to focus on your studies instead of everyone around you. if you focus on what everyone else thinks of you, it'll stress you out and impact your grades.
3. if you struggle in your classes, dont be afraid to ask for help, whether it's a teacher, parent, or even an older sibling. if you have anxiety (like me), i know it'll be scary to ask for help, but remember that they're there to help.
4. dont stress about your grades too much, middle school is like a warm-up to the tutorial. high school may take some things into account to see where you should be, but college wont, and thats the most important. plus, middle school is more-so there to prepare you for high school.
5. dont follow the crowd. peer pressure will make you believe that you have to fit in, but you really dont. it's better to be a leader than a follower, and you'll end off much better than everyone else.

Tips for 7th grade (from a 7th grader)

-Be Ready for comebacks and drama it will help you
-Be ready for your mental health to be ruined
-Don’t be kind to people who are mean to you show them who’s the boss
-Don’t get into fights it will impact your future
-Be ready to lose friends it happens
-don’t focus on being popular your gonna make other people insecure
-Why are you focusing on relationships ur 12/13
-Respect people who aren’t as lucky as you or anyone in general
-Be yourself even if you get made fun of it
-It’s a tough year just don’t think bad things about yourself

Warning for people in 7th grade, if youre friends with popular people u will 100% get urself into drama. Never talk bad about other people because it will come back to bite you in the back. In 7th grade they can be really immature, so if you stop being friends with a group of people theyre gonna harrass you and make fun of you. The tip "stay out of drama" is absolutely right, dont get urself jnvolved, and if your friend ever talks crap about someone, if you don't know them well, its honestly best to take a screenshot or have some kind of proof they talked bad about that person. Itll help you out if you catch urself getting involved kn drama.
