God chose Debra as a Judge and a Prophetess. He chose Esther to save the Jews. Mary Magedalene spread the news of Jesus resurrection to the disciples. God uses women just as He uses men. to spread His Word. If all of mankind refused to preach, He would make the stones cry out.

As a woman, I can assure that women were not called as pastors. Everyone is called to spread the good news of Christ, but God chose men to lead the church. People misuse the stories of Deborah and Esther. Those were women used by God for a purpose and they were still in submission to a man, but they were not pastors! It was just an one-time mission. When Christ came to earth He, on purpose, called 12 men to be his, later on, apostles. Of course women followed and served Jesus, because we are all to do that, but the keeping of the church and the teaching of sound doctrine to believers must come from men. It's just different roles, but both are important. Titus chapter 2 show what women can teach ..
