Amazing workers working in an unsafe environment, using primitive methods, risking their health and lives to earn a living to support their families. I applaud them for the hard work they do. viewed in San Diego, California, USA

3:12 - зачем они из большего круга вырезают меньший, если припуск уходит в отход? Можно же сразу заготовки вырубать в номинальном диаметре...

This vlog is not a out safety and skills. They want to be in the video. Technologies wise, it is economically labour force. In term of equipments, where behind but maximizing skills they are still the top. 💖👍🏽👍🏽🇵🇰👍🏽👍🏽💝

Why does everyone just throw their work on the floor ? I think it would be more efficent if everything went at waist height from one station to another.

It's amazing seeing Indian people turn materials that was heading to landfills into treasures. China used to do this around 30 years ago before its citizens got rich off western trash, labor and before it was banned but no YouTube back then. Soon India will be a 1st world country too. Unfortunately, the smart ones who came to study in the US never go back to India so India still lags behind. I know and worked with a few Indians in the US and they're hard working and very intelligent. Most of the top doctors, like surgeons, in the US are Indians.

Я теперь точно знаю, что такое "сделано на коленке из навоза и веток". Мне больно смотреть как и из чего они собирают роторы/статоры для электродвигателей.

The steel normally used for motors is called "electrical steel, " also known as "silicon steel" or "transformer steel, " which is a specialized iron alloy with added silicon designed to have excellent magnetic properties, minimizing energy loss in the motor's core due to its low hysteresis and eddy current losses.... very ingenius to use old roofing sheets but the fan will use more electricity than one made from silicon steel. A typical cieling fan might use about 1KwHr per 18Hr day (Rs5)... If electricity use is 20% higher due to using ordinary steel that's Rs400 ($8) per year extra.

Westerners brand it "recycling"; for them, it’s just doing what must be done. Much respect.

The guy putting the fan together, looks like the Taliban guy I captured.

The only 'machine guard' saw in the whole process of making the big fan as the wire cage in front of the fan blades to protect the customer.
No machines in the manufacturing process had guards installed.
In fact, worker safety is totally ignored throughout the whole manufacturing process.

No primeiro vídeo os caras transformam chapas enferrujadas em induzidos, é o extremo da reciclagem.

When you make crap motors the best thing to make them with is more old rusty crap. It’s good to note they use the better old crap to make the cases, can’t have any rust holes on the outside! And safety, who cares about that, it doesn’t earn any money does it?

Menuda industria del consumo. Tienen fábricas de todo tipo. Seguro que una tasa de paro mínima sí la tienen. Ya podíamos aprender. Ésto es trabajar y lo demás tonterías. Europa tiene mucho que aplicarse.
