I think its good for those last days of mensuration and also can be used generally,
Like after delivering my baby, it would take an year or so whenever it cause any pressure on my tummy a bit urine came out
So i used there and seriously its a big issue for me might be because of normal delivery or I gain weight also
It was quite big help for me literally.
I dont know whether someone reading this comment might not understand but i think some does and this comment helps.
Because that situation is natural but embarrassing
