JLU Amazo literally resisted every single contingency plan against him, and if you read the comics, you'll get a greater insight into what Amazo is truly capable of

Amazo wouldn't put up a good fight against Brainiac cause Brainiac would literally hack him in matter of seconds, same goes for normal Ultron who's far superior techno being than Amazo. There's also Malware from Ben 10 OV, he could assimilate Amazo and become allot stronger. A good matchup for Amazo would be Marvel's Super-Adaptoid who's basically Marvel's equivalent of Amazo, Absorbing Man and as well as Super-Skrull would also be good matchups for Amazo

It's interesting to see who has been able to overcome A.M.A.Z.O. in the comics, particularly characters who he has beaten but who have also beaten him. The "gold A.M.A.Z.O." that we saw in Justice League Unlimited genuinely solos most of DC Comics. It would take someone like Death of the Endless to actually do something to him.
