So, as another tip. Make a circle pattern on the top of the place where you want the stairs, and then use said patter to determine the curve of the stairs. That way you don't have to guess.

@Skyes for the allthemidum mod they were probably talking about the unobtanium armor because there is three sets that come with that mod and i think unobtanium is the best of the three

currently watching you struggle with create and the only thing i could think of was mr beardstone or foxynotail or rageplaysgames . i enjoy this series and i would love to see you struggle through a 1000 days of create! would be agravating but funny as well. have a good weekend, dont forget to take a break!

The mega torch prevents mob spawns out to 64 block radius of the torch. It means you can play with lighting and not need to have a full brightness everywhere. It also makes that if you miss a cave, that hostile mobs wont spawn making it much safer all around.
As for the storage systems:
Simple Storage Network is the early game storage system. It doesn't require you to worry about the items disappearing since they are still in your chests in the game. You can add to that using the Iron Chest mod rather than double chests for more storage space.
Applied Energistics 2 and Refined Storage are digital storage where you store it on a drive. They require power to use and access, so they tend to be mid to late game storage systems to keep actively up all the time. I believe AE2 can be used cross dimensionally, but that depends on the version. It also depends if you get into Auto Crafting, which both are possible. AE2 requires you to worry about channels to your controller, so a bit more complex, but it is also not hard. Refined Storage is basically using storage disks in the same way, but no limit in item types for the hard drives. (AE2, the drives hold a set amount of item types, I think its 64, but can then store thousands of those items.)
For Create and cooking foods, you need to use Campfires instead of Lava.

Just so you know. You can set emc manually. Although you have to be in creative. I usually ask AI give me a value and use that. All you have to do is

Hold the item so it goes on to there.

Get the unobtanium armor, it's the third stage of allthemodium. It has more armor points and toughness than the cursed armor plus some nice perks

some of these ae2 and simple storage network and create montages are so cursed to watch when you know them that i would love you to watch a tech series from Gaming on caffeine or Hypnotizd or ChosenArchitect so that you would understand a lot more
