With so many sauna options under $2,000—wooden infrared saunas, sauna domes, portable saunas, and sauna blankets—figuring out what’s actually worth the money can be tough. In this video, I go through the best options, break down what works and what doesn’t, and help you decide what fits your budget and needs.

Some brands and models are great, others… not so much. I’ll cover Costco saunas, LifePro, Relax portable saunas, DIY setups, and the best budget dome saunas that actually deliver results.

I’ve had the Costco one since Covid. Currently sitting in it right now. It’s awesome, I diy’d a heat lamp to get the temp up. It’ll get the job done until I get a proper outdoor traditional sauna

I’m thinking about purchasing the Relax Sauna per yours and the A.G.E.S. Healing Group’s recommendations. I have very little experience with saunas and thought this would be a good place to start. And I like the flexibility of taking the sauna with us when we travel. From what I’ve read, the infrared mechanism can last past ten years + . However, the tent can wear out within three years of purchase. Currently, the replacement is around $375. Dr. Ardis with the A.G.E.S. Healing owns the Sauna Space and is enthusiastic about its vast healing capabilities—per Dr. Kellogg’s method it is based upon. But I would never pay 4-5 K for that setup. I am thinking about making a fabric rectangular tent out of dowel rod and cotton canvas, then setting up red lights, similarly to what you’ve shown in various posts. Again, this is new to me. But I’m hoping to get started detoxing and strengthening my husband’s and my immune systems as soon as possible. We also should be wise with the financial investment. I don’t have a FB page and am hoping I might receive feedback and recos per this post. Thank you.

it seems building your own is teh best way to go.. find a spare closet.. at lest 3 ft by 5 ft.. is plenty of roomto setup red lights and inferred

What we need is for these businesses to provide full in-house financing. Are there any that do this? Probably not many who can afford to put down 5-8 grand or more.
