That’s just the grey market hype due to overstocking! Prices for new GMT 2Tone (£13, 850) list have slumped from £30k to sub £20k in just a few months. At this rate it will be less than list! Not the time to buy!

How is a £13, 600 watch selling for £16, 500 second hand good value? Especially in a era where base rates are headed towards 7% and inflation is running 6% above target? Only a watch dealer with a worryingly high stock would say such a thing. Anyone whose looking for a rootbeer, wait until early 2024 before parting with your cash. They’ll be readily available at the ADs for probably £14k. Guaranteed…….
