Working families are looking to make a positive change. And many are looking for a voice at work. That's why the IBEW is working to train the next generation of organizers to help working people find their voice.

How many leaders have you trained? What have they done back at their shop, political volunteering, signing up new members? Very helpful info.

We have one of these trained organizers currently in charge of our attempts to unionize. It feels like this training is basically union busting. They set the goals too high and require too much time and effort. It eventually leads to discouraged people who give up. I believe that’s the purpose. But good job infiltrating the major unions and training their employees on how to absolutely not form a union.

In my job if you even talk about union you get fired on the spot they told us that union is illegal
