This video was a life-saver for me. When I opened the enclosure, I heard a very small piece drop, such as a small screw, but couldn't find it. From the user manual's description, I concluded it must have been the "soft silicone plug" required to secure the SSD in it's place, which however is not mentioned in the packaging list, and I didn't have an idea what it looks like. With the help of this video, I was able to spot that very small, grey piece on the floor. My suggestion: a) include that piece in the packaging list. It might be small, but it is essential for a safe connection operation. b) securely stick the piece in one of the designated holes, so that it won't fall off as easily as in my case. Cheers!

In the video the blue part from the thermal pad is attached to the disk, in the instructions it is attached to the case 🤷‍♂

wow, now what is the R/W speeds? Is that real USB 4? Thunderbolt 4? and which chipset does it have? There is plenty of pseudo usb4 enclosures for have the price with speed 3200.
