you know what would've been a GREAT addition to an already great video is to add a quick sound clip after every murmur you go over just so we learn the anatomy/physio and then get to hear the murmur right away. thanks for doing these!

I have no idea why med school made this seem so much more complicated than it really is! Great video!

These videos were great. I'm a pediatric cardiologist and I'm planning on incorporating them into a murmur module for pediatrics residents. Thanks.

This should not be for NCLEX only
It is so useful for medical students
Thank you for explaining the mechanism so clearly and simply
Everything makes sense

I know someone with mitral valve prolapse. His normal BP was 90/60 which most people watching this already know is the BP of a child. He wouldn't have been able to handle any trauma at all since a drop in blood pressure would have sent him into a true emergency. He passed out when they took blood from him.

This is great! Thankyou so much. I agree with the comment below to put a sound clip after each explanation would help even more. Thanks again though!

I find this channel VERY reliable in terms of presenting contradictory or detailed information. I care much because it is difficult to unlearn once we learn something wrong.

My comment after part 1 was premature. Sorry. Excellent presentation. Best I've seen on the Internet so far!
