Here at the Miami Cancer Institute, we're working really hard in promoting health through nutrition. That's why we have a combination of dieticians and the expertise of Chef Cindy, because we're promoting cooking from real ingredients, so we can get most of the nutrients from food.

So today we're going to do a demo on a very healthy, lightly curried lentils with a garnish of bright, citrusy tomatoes, and avocado, and lots of nice vegetables that are full of multivitamins and help for the rejuvenation of inner doubters and everything.
