The thing is, purple haze here is only beserk because Fugo couldn’t see and therefore not control him. That means Fugo HAS control over his stand. If he used it more often, he’d solo a lot of other golden wind stand users. So him “not using purple haze so often” is a necessary NERF Araki had to make, so Purple haze wouldn’t rampage on every little stand there is.
