Addition using Partial Sums

This video is for parents and teachers who want to help their students understand how to add using an alternative method called "Partial Sums." I will show you how to break down the different place values by using expanded notation to add. This method is especially helpful for kids who have trouble "borrowing", "trading" or "re-grouping" when adding numbers.
