Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is attending the NATO summit in Vilnius. NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg holds a joint press conference with the Ukraine president amid talks intended to firm up the long-term commitment of the alliance with Ukraine.

President Zelensky has to push hard - it's his job to save his country and people. If he hadn't from the beginning and just waited for help, Russia would have long since overrun Ukraine. Slava Ukraini, keep pushing. You reminded Europe what it means not to confront fascist dictators from early on and shown Europe that they totally underestimated the trickery and evil intentions of Russia.

Ukraine disarmed nuclear weapons and long range bombers Budapest Memorandum 1994 for a protection agreement with Russia USA UK. The last nuclear missle was disassembled in 2008. Russia then interfered in Ukraine and invaded annexing territory in 2014 leading to war 2022.
Ukraine has been trying to live in peace with security agreements but these have not delivered security.

The signing of the Security Agreement for Ukraine! is good news. Giving a specific framework is what we are all waiting for! Very frustrating to hear that Ukraine has other hoops to jump thru without being specific!

Ukraine deserves a place on NATO. They have shown their standards in using the weapons and they are fighting an aggressive war in their interest and in the interest of many countries they are dying for world peace for us all. They do not use the weapons given past their own borders. They have been doing what conditions apply to get any weapons supplied. A timeline might not be applicable currently but they should at least be given a definite answer that they will become part of NATO. Their skies should be made a protective air space by NATO for Ukraine only. Ukraine deserves membership and helped with any criteria Ukraine needs to meet. Please try to help Ukraine

I just don't understand why they can't accept that approval into nato can only happen when your not currently at war with another country.. no one can vote them in until there is a resolution to this conflict and not just a cease fire.

Jens Stoltenberg is doing his best to help Ukraine but he does not have the final say over the 31 countries who have to agree to Ukraine's admission. I want Ukraine in NATO A.S.A.P because their safety is our safety.😊

Zekensky seems to be a spoiled brat...he has to follow the protocol like everyone else ....afterall it's us who will pay for all the damage . Everything is gifted to Ukraine and the tax payers have to work for it

First.. the war's unknowns have to be dealt with then NATO countries / Ukraine will know what aftermath they are dealing with and how to go about the full membership for Ukraine..
