-Speed Sumo Deadlift: 6x1 44%1rm +37%1rm bands
-Cambered Bar Good Mornings: 3x10
-Axle Bar Double Overhand Deadlift: 3x3
-Reverse Hyper: 5x10
-Axle Bar Curls: 1x?

What Jason has shown is that good mornings, reverse hypers and glute ham raises with upper back work are the key to get a massive squat.

Always look forward to your videos and knowledge. I'm a daily subscriber to your channel and been here for a couple years now. All my lifts have gone up. Switched over to power lifting about 2.5 years ago from the "body building " mentality.. close to a 1400 total and climbing. Chasing a 1500 total. Would like to see what it takes to have a consultation. Would like your input on things and how to improve on all my lifting even more.
