Lol what? Russians? Russian Ministry of defense are the ones who are warning the world about Ukraine preparing that nuclear bomb. Their minister has already spoken to other ministers of defense around the globe, while in the meantime Ukraine is pretty silent about the situation. So this doesn’t make any sense at all.
