Its too many perfect "coincidences" for the moon to have randomly be what it is. It's size compared to Earth, and the tidal lock makes me believe some kind of intelligence is behind it. Seriously, whats the likelihood of never seeing the other side of a celestial body? That means it has to move exactly perfectly with the earth, not off point Otherwise over hundreds of thousands of years we'd see the other side of the moon but its perfect. Too perfect.
