I remember the first time I saw a Russian leaders timeline video...
It was Boris Yeltsin...1991-1991, Putin 2000-2008... Medvedev 2008-2012, I was like okay....it's normal thus far, then suddenly, Putin again.... 2012 - incumbent (2019)...
And all I could could think was.... Yup something happened here ....and it's already been 3 years since then and he's still incumbent...so something DEFINITELY happened there

Where is Wladyslaw IV Vasa...
He was Tsar or Russia for 2 years after Vasily from 1610-1612...it should be him instead of Feodor Mstislavysky
