Wow—I was not expecting that conclusion! Definitely agree, even my meager 14” M1 Pro is still holding up quite well, fending off my usual update lust without even a second thought. Still great to see the tech moving forward, still love watching the reviews, but even more happy to find measured, more realistic assessments like this. Not many reviewers would tell you that they cancelled their own personal orders, opting to remain on years old tech, kudos!
