Zabbix Monitoring Solution + Intel NUC...? Can it be done?

Can we set up a full-blown Zabbix Monitoring Solution on a small Intel NUC? Should it be done? How can it be done?

From what I have seen on the internet... Yes, it can be done... But I haven't seen anyone complete this start to finish... I am wanting to embark on a project to create a scalable monitoring solution. I believe this can help many people dream and create their own solution based off this.

Over the coming weeks, I will create a series of videos showing how we can build out an end to end monitoring solution. I have never used Zabbix before but figured this can help you save a lot of time googling as I did.
