Just look at the difference between this manger and our ex manager, for our ex-manager the most important thing was to play a certain kind of a "attacking entertaining football". On the other hand for Pep, the first and the foremost thing he mentions (and might I add emphasizes on) is the player relationships, player mentality and passion. He says that if he gets that one right the football itself becomes beautiful
