Just keep in mind that its amazon people saying something is "used like new" because they dont always know what they are looking at. I just bought a square carbide insert at a good discount but it was actually a radius square carbide. Still can return tho so its worth a shot

Using this method I got a $34 pair of specialty Knipex pliers for $15 because it had a "small imperfection on top of item." It had a tiny piece of grease on it and it came right off. It was literally new condition.

And going on Amazon and actually looking up tools or products just under the items it usually mentions used at a significant savings usually almost perfect products, difference there is it shows you items from the Amazon warehouse and some other sellers that Amazon buys from, but also you also will find used stuff that could be a nightmare and junk.

That Black & Decker drill you dismissed is actually very good. It's high torque, robust and strangely quiet compared to Ridgid, Dewalt and Milwaukee

The prices can be found good however keep in mind these tools are not as high quality and durable as the older American brand names. I've broken a few socket wrenches and a couple pairs of pliers on those Amazon sets.
