As a kid I hated that Lego racer torso just sitting in a chair, I felt cheated from an actual Lego man

As a kid I would use the racecar torso thing in small ships that I needed to look as if there was more room inside it than there was, and still have a "believable" pilot/driver.

I just wanted to notice that with the two seconds of „Lego racers in the early 2000s“, you just triggered a huge load of nostalgia. I had so much of that as a kid and I got Lego racers as pc game on my windows XP back then. This game was a blast!

I know a challenge for you: make the tallest mini figure you can with just short pieces

I mean the mini racers were used so you could customize your little guy during play and have him actually hop knto the vehicle by removing his head.
But the downside is most of thos models didnt support the newer helmets or hairs, they were too tight.
Makes sense as the chairs were 3 blocks long by 2 wide, and rose 4 high. Its hard to make a sleek design using such a large base
