I was looking at this product and I’m a rascally crazy kid as well, so I am considering putting this on my Christmas list. Anyway you created an astronomical review and you were very thorough and I found it so helpful how you put in the brightness in a dark area. However, I watched this at x1.50 playback speed. I suggest using an editing app to cut/fast forward some things. Looking back at it now, there wasn’t much to cut/fast forward and I really want your channel to blow up cause it’s AMAZING

Great review!Very thorough, Im looking for something for my son he has Down syndrome and issues falling and staying asleep. Dad and I have tried several things including yoga, breathing, and aroma therapy.Deep breathing exercises help me fall asleep when I have a hard time getting to sleep. I'm a long time insomniac as well. This seems to be the next thing we will try thanks for the great review!Keep up the great work. It's appreciated!

Great video. Thanks so much! I do have a question about the breathing in and out. Does it make a difference... when breathing "in"... if you breath in with your nose, with mouth closed .... OR .... breathing in through the mouth (with mouth open of course)? And with breathing out.... does it make a difference, breathing out through your nose OR .... breathing out with your mouth? Does it tell you in the instructions which type of breathing in and out technique to use? Thanks again.
