In fairness to Denis Cunanan, he was asking yo read his opening statement to give first the overview of his participation in the transaction made by him with the POGO in question but he was prohibited to do so. And as a consequence the questions raised were mind boggling. Even the explanation of Mam Domingo was not heard. Rep Paduano was still questioning participation of Dennis in the transaction, Dan Fernandez interjected the PDS in question of Dennis. His point although valid is out of order
And structure of questioning by Rep Dan is usually in the gerund way when he can use a direct question/statement. Ex : I am going to ask you to present the evidence instead of just to say "You can now present your evidence".I like Rep Barbers way of questioning. It is direct and concise.Unlike yhe others who are mean and uncourteous.

When members of Congress are so emphatic and aggressive in interrogating the resource persons instead of fereting the truth the resource persons are adamant to answer rightfully. Members of Congress or Senate must remember that hearings of such kinds ard held to gather facts in aid of legislation. It is very different in the scenario done in regular court hearings. Sen Barbers is choichy with yhf words he utter to the resource persons even addressing Andrea Domingo "mam". The others simply disregard proper decorum when talking with their resource persons. Even the resource persons were assumed persons if interest, they still deserve to command respect from the interrogators. Sorry but I hate watching people put in contempt just because their answers are not to what were expected of them.

The chairman of this committee is aesthetically pleasing but I think he is struggling with English. I would highly suggest that he speaks Tagalog. I hope everyone speaks English fluently just like Cong Acop, Luistro and Atty. Roque. 😊

matagal na nangyayari since pandemic pa na ang supposedly "OFFSHORE" na operation ng PAGCOR ay nilalako din dito sa bayan natin, halos lahat ng mga ads/promotion ng mga Online Casino sa social media ay gawa ng mga "offshore" operators. Cong. Dan, sana ang tone ng questioning sa mga kasama ming congressman mas resoectful to your invited guests. Kasi hindi magandang pakinggan na para bang prejudged na sila ka agad. Puede namang magquestion na hindi galit kaagad. Kasi lalabas na hypocrites ang mga congressmen kasi naman akam nang karamihan na ang mga pinamigay na mga ayuda sa goberno favoratism. This might be out of topic but then ang punto ko nga hindi kahat na congressmen malinis din. Infact, iyong TUPAD nga na dapat 1 family member lang per household para lahat maka avail hindi iyan nangyari sa actual execution dahil nga sa bata2 sysstem. Maski hibdi qualified na maka tabggao dahil bata ng brgy caotain nila takot magreklamo ang tao.

Kaya, it will be more appreciative kung hundi e prejudge nunyo ang invited guests ninyo. They might have committed any crime but still they deserve a little respect bec everybody does..

Paano po pag ang Judge is involved na per say?!..sino po ba mag investigate sa kanya?...( Since sa Judiciary sya)...may investigation din po ba sa Judiciary?)..ie . May judge na Binayaran?..Paano investigation Nyan?....di nman pwede sya sa congress at senate hearing....Paano po yon?..maalis sa service?...thank you
