Bioinformatics for Precision Oncology - the intersection of Cancer Research and Medical Applications

This online training program is for students with a background in cell and molecular biology or bioinformatics and an interest in oncology. In the training sessions, we will explore how high throughput data (such as NGS) can be analyzed to study the genomic background of cancer, omics data that describes the basic biology associated with cancer onset, development, and outcomes and see how large-scale datasets collected from clinical trials provide an opportunity to better understand this condition and improve the precision of clinical oncology.
