Eileen Yin-Fei Lo was on Martha Stewart's cooking show once. Being so genuine, humble and friendly, she even made Martha smile warmly and relaxed. It was great to see these two ladies together!

Why is everyone bagging on her? The key line in this video is that's she is the "Cantonese Julia Child." She's not just some Chinese chef, and she's not the best ever but if anyone understood who Julia child was you'd realize that she is not just a chef, but instead wants to help you learn HOW to cook the traditional way.

I like traditional styles of cooking idealism of sources versus now caused a lot of flavors to be different back then strange in the cookbooks in the 50's lots of things were served on a bed of lettuce but not done today.

I love Italian and Indian food very much. Different people hv different taste.

We can never say a country is best in cuisine.

This clip only shows tiny faction of what Chinese Cooking is. IMO, I would say this book is really more like introduction than mastering Chinese cooking.
