Dr Masarova highlights that physicians should avoid rapidly switching between JAK inhibitors in the first-line setting. She also emphasizes that enrollment in clinical trials and stem cell transplantation (SCT) should be at the forefront when dealing with young patients or those with an atypical disease presentation.
