Ingredients:

1 (14.5 ounce) loaf white sourdough bread
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese
1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup low-moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese
3/4 cup Magic Hat #9 beer
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper hot sauce
1/4 cup low-moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese
2 teaspoons fresh chives

Directions:

1. Take 1 (14.5 ounce) loaf white sourdough bread and cut out about a 3 x 4-inch oval.
2. Remove and reserve soft center, keeping bottom and sides of loaf intact.
3. Heat 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese over medium heat 1 minute, stirring constantly.
4. Add 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese. Add 1 cup low-moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese. Add 3/4 cup Magic Hat #9 beer. Add 2 teaspoons garlic powder. Add 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper hot sauce. Heat 2 minutes or until melted, stirring constantly..
5. Fill hole in bread with melted mix.
6. Add 1/4 cup low- moisture part-skim milk on top
7. Bake at 350F for 35 minutes or until cheese melts and top is golden brown.
8. Cut reserved bread into 1-inch pieces
9. Add 2 teaspoons fresh chives
10. Enjoy with a Magic Hat #9 beer
