To anyone curious: Apparentlly no one really knows what padoru means in the context of the song. The original version is pretty much japanese jingle bells (Watame actually sang this version because she didn't know/wasn't sure about the padoru one) and goes like:

Hashire sori yo, Kaze no you ni
Yuki no naka wo, Karuku, Hayaku.


Which translated would be:

Run sleigh, like wind,
In snow, light and fast.

However the translation of the meme version is something like:

Fly, sled
Like the wind
To the moon-viewing field
PADORU PADORU

(I don't speak japanese and this is what I found after a quick google search, so if anyone knows better, please correct me).

Though I suspected Kronii's model was inspired by Fate's character design (basically because the artist was a fate Illustrator If I'm not mistaken) I was mainly attracted by her voice so I didn't really have problems with her being reminiscent of fate's art style
