Brilliantly explained and demonstrated…that part where you advise “when you make that decision to stop on the box you got to do it” - that is so right, when you panic you end up hitting your shins on the side and come crashing down on the floor 😩😩😩🤣🤣🤣🤣

Man, you are tough. If you miss that jump it is a possible hard fall onto a track. You don't get the benefit of all that bouncy foam you can place around the box in a gym environment. Well done! 👏👏👏

Amazing! You make it look easy, but I know it is not at all! The hardest part would be the commitment part for me. I don't believe I could do it. And if you don't believe, you cannot! This inspires me to try to work up to it, though.

First off, warm up with some dynamic stretching. And if you are new to box Jumps, start with a height that is manageable. Say 12 or maybe 16 inches. Then progress accordingly.
