In this video we are looking at two questions involving algebra. In the first one we have two algebraic fractions which we have to express as a single algebraic fraction and then simplify. This involves finding a common denominator by multiplying both of the denominators together and then cross multiplying the numerators of each fraction.
In the second part we are multiplying out triple brackets. We do this by first taking two of the brackets and multiplying them out, when we have done this we multiply the result by the third bracket and collect up terms to simplify.
