Globular Cluster CMP2 Install and Tweak Guide (V2)

We updated the install and tweak guide according to the recent customers' feedback.

Please follow closely to avoid breaking anything. Especially during the step of uninstalling/re-aligning the CMP2 forehead adapter. Incorrect uninstall(pull directly and brutally) way will get some clips/holes worn and the forehead adapter keep popping out

Strongly recommend using the top strap and letting the headset weight rest on the top strap. A big plus for weight distribution and stability.

At the back of the rear adapter, there are 2 install heights, big/high nose users suggest choosing the lower install height.
It can make the headset tilt more and increase the gap between the nose and the lens frame.

(If you still get lens frame press on the nose, try pulling the visor far a bit from your face through the round button on the top-right corner of PSVR2)

Game changer. Love that the front and back come with two additional material styles to play around with or as back ups in case one fades or loses cushioning. Fantastic invention, keep up the great work!

Absolutely must have for PSVR2 owners, that stock setup was terrible.
Installation is a breeze and people saying that taking off the stock pads is intimidating are wrong, its super easy.
I fully recommend this to all PSVR2 owners.

SO glad I found this video, the instruction guide that came with it was very confusing.
Only been using the mod for a little bit and already can happily say it's a literal game changer. Removes any weight from the nose/forehead

Thanks for the video. I just installed mine today and i can already tell that I love it. It keeps the lenses of my nose and is so comfortable on the back of my head.

I just brought this and it makes the psvr2 so much better. Comfort significantly improved and the sweet spot is easier to achieve and feels maybe a little bigger? Maybe that's because I'm finding it faster and easier than before.

I accidentally unclipped the original rubber padding seperate from the Plastic ancor tabs, be sure to unclip the entire stock forehead/rearband pad from the plastic anchors not the rubber hooks ( hard to explain, they went too fast in the video/instructions)

the globular is interesting but I find the vr2 headset too uncomfortable with the piece of plastic on the nose. Too bad globular didn't make an additional element for better comfort for the nose. Sony's rubber is really bad and it causes pain in the nose. maybe you can fix that for the version 3

I just got mine, having trouble lowering the back pad. Doesn't just come off like in this video.
