Thanks for your presentation. I have a problem adding the Mendeley reference system into MS Word. I always have this error statement: "cannot load mendeley cite add-in on word". How do I solve this problem?

I am using Chicago Style for Bibliography. I am trying to add space between entries in my bibliography. How do I do that? Changing the Line Spacing to 2 spaces adds the space inside the "entry." Chicago requires a space between two separate entries. Please help.
