I'm sure it's all very interesting and helpful, BUT - he's using terms I don't know (and have never known) related to, I think, brain activity and other bodily functions. These things, frankly, have never been of interest to me, so I never read about them or cared to know. Thus, I have no clue what he's saying or what it all means.
