I wish there was a promotion around today that was Half as Good as Big Time Wrestling was back in the 60’s and 70’s …

I loved being 11 years old in 1972 and watching Detroit Big Time Wrestling . A long list of favorites including Bulldog Don Kent, the Kangaroos, Flying Fred and Wild Bull Curry, Pampero Firpo, Cowboy Frankie Lane, Thunderbolt Patterson, Bobo Brazil, and The SHEIK among many other greats. I watched on Channel 13 out of Huntington, WV. I remember attending a Big Time Wrestling event in Ironton, Ohio at the football stadium.
