Welcome To Fit For A Feast

Here is a video we made in 2013 when Katrina was 14 and Sloane was 15, that tells you all about our YouTube Channel. We actually used this for a Demo Reel and we never did share it publicly. We would like to show it to you now. Some of our fans will remember the clips in here and our new viewers will get a good idea about what we do here.
Although we have changed quite a bit over the last four years, our mission is still the same. We are hoping to help other kids, teens and young adults live healthy lives. By sharing our recipe, fitness, dance and lifestyle videos, our goal is to contribute to everyone's well-being around the world.

A few other things have changed as well. We now have over 169,000 subscribers and we would love to have even more. We also have over 79 Million Views with over 446 videos that we have done!
