Did you know that following the fourth great ninja war, Naruto uzumaki actually taught at the ninja academy. Through various scenes in the two naruto anime, you’ve seen jonin occasionally teach at the academy and Naruto, while technically still a genin since he never officially got promoted, as part of kakashi and tsunade grooming naruto to be hokage, they made Naruto teach at the academy. We learn in the naruto epilogue story sakura hiden love riding the spring breeze, that tsunade and kakashi thought it a good idea for naruto to teach on his off days at the academy so that he could see the next generation of shinobi he’d be in charge of when he did become hokage. However, due to naruto not being good any things like math and shinobi history, there was only really one course that Naruto could teach, which is Naruto would oversee the taijutsu classes of students at the academy, which during the sakura story he even got sakura to help him instruct the class, with Sakura noting while Naruto was an idiot, he was a very patient teacher.

shadow clones mean that he is able to personally instruct each and every student and meet them where they are. each student can have their education catered to their strengths and weaknesses to ensure that they benefit as much as possible from the class.

shadow clones are kind of an incredible teaching tool. also puts forward the idea of non-combat shadow clones as a jutsu for people who don't have utterly inhuman chakra levels.

Even Ebiso said that naruto was a better teacher to Konohamaru than him. He may be slow when it comes memorising things. But he's a battle genius 😊

Naruto took his father jutsu to another level, mastered sage mode, and the shadow clone jutsu. He has the credentials too teach no matter what.

You could say that Naruto was a Genin because he said it himself and he never passed the Shunin exam but also remember that Kakashi officially promoted him to a Jonin after the ninja war.

The way Naruto teaches in the fan fic "An Uzumaki Amongst the Dunes" is very good and does feel like Naruto. He doesn't think that History will help them be good ninjas so he lectures them on different subjects he finds important, like loyalty, deception and morals.
