Here comes the crazy one...
I used three different size test tubes for this piano.

You should maybe add a extra holding bar in the bottom, that will maybe make it a bit smoother

A bracket between the tubes and a wooden holding would make the sound much more distinct

man... this is cool but the sound the wood makes when striking the glass has me so tense, even if those test tubes are shatter resistant lol

I believe some springs added to those keys to limit the range of motion and force might help, plus a backing for those tubes. Great concept, though! I'm going to try it with metal tubes rather than glass, for durability. Maybe a piano form for tubular bells.

If you put a piece of wood behind the the glass it’ll stop them from shaking as much and keep the wooden pieces from going to far

For truth this multitude of voices after each note... is cool. Jingle bell on an instrument which could emulate it in some way having bigger scale... interesting.

add a stopper on the tubes so you won’t keep tuning it when the water evaporates
