My favorite line from No-bark is when he’s talking about the Bright Brotherhood. He says that their intentions are to fly to the moon and paint it pink and draw a Lenin face on it. When I heard it for the first time I couldn’t stop laughing.

There is a fan theory that he is The Chosen One from Fall Out 2. Because the Highwayman crashed vehicle is close AND That Gun is found on Novac. There are also a bunch of rad scorpions not far from Novac essentially on the same path as the highwaymen. So I think he got attacked while driving along and got stung but managed to drive away, crashed because of the venom and barely managed to stumble to early days Novac with brain damage.

This is a response to other comments on the whole No-bark being "The Chosen One":
If he is The Chosen One, then they did a good job of inserting him unlike the Vault Dweller in Fallout Brotherhood, as he's alot more murky of his past.

My theory is that he is the sole survivor of Vault 11. The holo tapes you find sound exactly like nobark. It would make sense for him to lose his mind after that entire experience

The amount of detail put into such a minor character is amazing. Absolutely love this game. It wasn’t considered a big deal at the time but over the last 10 years it slowly but surely has been recognized as a GOAT type game.
