How to Embed a Google Form in an E-mail

Looks like the settings have changed. When I click Settings, there is only one page and there is no "Respondents Can:" section or option for them to see summary charts. When I select "include form in email" when sending, the form shows in the body of the email but I can't actually type inside of it. Any tips?
