I love the Try a Chapter videos. I would love it if you did it every month. Maybe before you pick your TBR's you could do this book tag and know that they are automatically going to be on your TBR instead of having to add them. I make a TBR (on paper not on video) and I think maybe 2 books get read from it. That's if I'm lucky. I will say buddy reads help me keep to a TBR because I have committed to reading a specific book at a specific time with someone. SO last month I made a TBR where I read most of what I put on my TBR list. I still had books on my TBR I didn't get to and then added others to it. I too am a total mood reader but that's okay too. For April I have some MONSTER books I am buddy reading. Eragon, Tower of Dawn, Kingdom of Ash, The Priory of the Orange Tree....what was I thinking with these huge ass books....lol....love your channel Gabby hope you do these types of videos once a month. Only if you enjoy doing them and they don't bog you down and become a drag to make.

I just finished "If, Then" and I loved it! It really didn't have a plot per-se in my opinion, but it was a slow burn with very interesting characters.

I love Try a Chapter videos so I hope you do more! I actually did one recently and it was interesting to realize like you said how some first chapters don’t even mention what’s in the synopsis and are kinda slow. I really want to read All the Wrong Places now!

I love these videos and the idea behind it but I'd constantly wanna be putting it on my currently reading just after reading one chapter Hahah, but I like that it helps you to choose which one you're most interested in reading first!
Also, random but I read the about section on your channel and I love that you talk books and movies too as I do as well and like the combo of those hobbies ^^ you're voice is super soothing btw xD

I can relate to what you said about The River. I have never dnf’d a book 3/4 in. The writing style drove me nuts. I gobbled up the Pines series one after the next. Thriller meets sci-fi. Looking forward to your final thoughts.

I love try a chapter videos.I do this with books all the time, because I have such a hard time choosing what to read next.Thrillers/mysteries are for sure the ones I usually are drawn to the most.I just read Dirty Little Secrets by Jo Spain this past weekend and as soon as I started, I couldn't put it down.

This is the first video of this kind I have watched and I loved it! Yes, I would love to see you do more of them. I put Inspection in my queue on Scribd to listen to on audio sometime but I think I am going to wait awhile and see what you and others think after they read it. I think All the Wrong Places by Joy Fielding sounds the best out of all of them.

I read Pines a couple of years ago because a song by my favourite band got chosen as the theme song for the tv show!!!! (I still haven't watched the show though oops) it took me FOREVER to get through the book tbh, but it was kinda interesting actually... I still didn't COMPLETELY feel it though 🙈 it's kinda weird lol.
And I really really wanna read Birthday too omg!
