Phenomenal breakdown. Now it’s time to go breakdown some ankles. Thanks 🤙🏽

Hold on can we just talk about allen? This dude got his ankles taken & still came back to contest the shot. Thats wild

I’m pretty sure that footwork is a last minute invented during the game 😂

Love it but it worked for Kobe because he really sold the 1st move and then used the counter

Tbh in slow mo its actually a travel but in game speed you wouldn’t be able to tell, kobe lifts his pivot foot before bouncing the ball..

Se presta atenção Bryant tira o pé de pivô antes de bate a bola então é andada...😊😊😊Só pra quem manja✌🏾😎✌🏾

I feel like it would be a lot more effective if instead of hopping out like that, it’s more of like a hip swivel or somn🤷the way Kobe did I made it look like he was ABOUT to explode off a dribble but spins back last second. His energy seems to be more focused on a quick spin rather than a hard explosion forward before the spin. Compared to the way u do it makes it look like u explode in one direction and come back. Both could work or warrant the same reaction tho? 🤔🤷But then again I’m just some random lol😂🤷 just sayin

Keith can you make a video on kyries signature moves

Can't copy the entire assignment or that'd be cheating. Gotta put your own in there, I feel that.

Kobe's sequence is cross step, do a strong dribble before the cross step finishes, finish the cross step at the same time he swings the back leg across to a spot to pivot from. He tries to sell every aspect that he's going to drive/get to his spot on the elbow. But also maybe it's because he's guarded by Tony Allen.

Your version plants everything in place all at the same time, relative to the pivot foot, making the shot much more consistent and replicable under any fatigue level.

Both ideas work well and everyone should learn both.

Big time move. And tony Allen was one of the best defender too

Kinda hard to do that in an outdoor court though.

Idk how technical you want to be, but you get his footwork wrong IMO. Right foot should move more. Left foot less. Why? Take more of a step first with the right, don't commit to this move until you read the defender. If you can drive around them, attacking the back foot, don't give up an easy drive to the hoop. But because he moves toward Kobe, I think Kobe reads that and that's why he spins away. And by moving his right leg again, he makes the spin easier on himself. It's not so 180° for the left to move, it's more like 120°

Just my thoughts... I'm not even a basketball player. I play ultimate. But we think about footwork and cutting moves too
